Shipping Policy
At Auraglo Beauty, we process your handcrafted orders within 1–3 business days. Once your glow essentials are prepared, processing is finalized and a tracking number is sent to your email. Please note that once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations to ensure a seamless delivery ritual for all our customers.
We partner with reliable carriers to provide consistent transit times across all services. While we aim for prompt delivery, general expectations vary by destination. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout, as Auraglo Beauty is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Rates: Please note that Auraglo Beauty does not offer flat rate shipping. All shipping costs are dynamically calculated at the time of checkout based on current USPS or UPS rates, your specific location, and the particular delivery method you select to receive your items.
Incorrect Addresses: Please verify that your delivery information is accurate before finalizing your order.
AURAGLO BEAUTY cannot be held responsible for orders dispatched to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not liable for delays resulting from carrier issues, severe weather, or transit disruptions. Should your package become lost, please reach out to us so we can assist in resolving the matter.

Return Process

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned: opened or used skincare products, custom-blended essentials, and digital gift cards. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining the integrity of our handcrafted rituals.
Prepare Package
Ensure items are unused, in their original handcrafted packaging, and securely sealed. Please include your order number for faster processing.
Step 02
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items so we can promptly facilitate a replacement or resolution for your handcrafted order.

Send & Track
Ship your package to our return center. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your luxury items arrive safely to us.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund or exchange. For direct exchanges, we only replace items that are defective or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in the case of general returns; however, if your order arrived damaged or wrong, we will cover all shipping expenses. Once approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. - Credit Card Refunds: Credits will be applied to your original method of payment. Processing times depend on your financial institution.
- Store Credit: If preferred, we can issue an immediate digital gift card for the full return value.
